Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of bmadlen.com (the “Site”), operated by BMadlen 071727 SRL, Romania, Company ID (CUI) 39796919 (“BMadlen”, “I”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site presents my services in web development, automation, digital marketing and EU compliance consulting, and lets you get in touch. Information on the Site is for general purposes and does not by itself constitute a binding offer.
2. Services are provided under a separate agreement
Any project or ongoing work is governed by a written proposal or agreement between you and BMadlen that sets out the scope, timeline, fees and other terms. If it differs from these terms, the written agreement prevails. Prices shown on the Site are starting points, exclude VAT, and may change depending on scope.
3. Using the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site unlawfully or in a way that harms it or other users;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems;
- submit false, misleading or malicious content through the contact form, or send spam;
- copy or scrape the Site at a scale that disrupts it.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, graphics, logo and code are owned by BMadlen or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify or republish its content without my written permission. Names, logos and screenshots of client websites and products belong to their respective owners and are shown to illustrate my work.
5. Third-party links
The Site links to websites that are operated by others, such as client websites, my SaaS products and social profiles. I do not control their content or privacy practices and I am not responsible for them.
6. Disclaimer
I aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Information on the Site, including anything about GDPR or the EU AI Act, is general information and not legal advice for your specific situation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BMadlen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and it does not affect any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

I may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top.
